Supply Chain Network Optimization (Direct-ship Product- Plant to Warehouse)
"Plant to Warehouse Direct-ship Network Optimization" application was designed to reduce total logistics cost with recommended direct-ship product list based on customer demand, minimum inventory level, minimum order quantity, freight cost, cost per line, line count, truck capacity using "Mixed Integer Programming" .
This web app enables team to do quarterly review of direct-ship product list due to dynamic business environment. User is able to update freight cost, forecast, cost per line, min order quantity etc. to calculate updated direct-ship product list which returns minimum logistics cost (Transportation cost, labor cost)
